Beginning June 29th, 2026, ApexConnect will use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to access the Portal. To log in to the ApexConnect Portal using MFA, you will need to use an authenticator app. Follow these steps to successfully log in to the ApexConnect Portal using MFA:

1. Log in to the Portal using your email and password.
2. Follow the instructions on the webpage and the authenticator app of your choice.
3. Once setup is complete, your MFA access will be enabled. The next time you sign in, you'll enter your credentials and complete a quick verification using your authenticator app.
